At Deighton, our goal is to build and maintain lasting partnerships with our clients. Our focus is to ensure our products align with your organizational asset management initiatives today, as well as in the future. In order to accomplish this, we have developed our support plans to target the steps in a client’s dTIMS journey and provide resources along the way.

    Plus Support

    Plus is Deighton’s entry-level support package offering 12 hours of support, and access to the Deighton Support Portal and online resources. This level of support is great for advanced dTIMS users that require minimal assistance setting up and running a dTIMS analysis.

    As an added bonus, Plus also offers discounted access to the Deighton University, Deighton Conferences, and other events.

    Premier Support

    Premier provides all of the features of Plus while doubling the annual support hours. It adds access to Deighton’s archive of Deighton Presentations, as well as provision for one custom web event a year. The Premier package also provides full access to Deighton University, larger conference and event discounts, and two account meetings a year. This offering maximizes the benefits of dTIMS and the Deighton global community while providing the opportunity to share challenges, acquire enhanced visibility of the dTIMS Roadmap, and better align your users to new dTIMS features and releases.

Deighton Support Ecosystem

Deighton offers multiple outlets to continue learning and communicating with our team, as well as our global community of asset management professionals.
