dTIMS Regional Pavement Management Workshop in Phoenix, Arizona
by Arif RafiqDeighton, in conjunction with the City of Phoenix, hosted a dTIMS Regional Workshop on May 18, 2010. The City of Phoenix graciously provided the venue for the half-day event.
In attendance were 20 representatives from surrounding cities and counties.The goal of the workshop was to facilitate networking and the exchange of ideas on pavement management. Many ideas and new techniques were shared and Deighton provided a demonstration of dTIMS, highlighting the benefits of our software tool. The event was a huge success!

Aurecon Increases Emphasis on Asset Management

Recently relocated to Brisbane, Australia, Dr. Ian Van Wijk has been appointed by Aurecon to the role of Development Leader, Asset Management-Transport to lead this initiative. Ian, who has been a long-time user and supporter of Deighton products, plans to make dTIMS CT the core of Asset Management Systems that Aurecon will propose to its clients.

Louisiana DOT Golf Tournament

The annual event provides an excellent opportunity for DOT staff and "friends of the DOT" alike to spend some time together on the greens.
